Established in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on July 30, 2013 under the name ADLEO, the company embarked on its journey in commercial kitchen equipment.In its early days, it focused on kitchen equipment sales, built sales channels, understood market demand and laid a solid foundation for future growth.In March 2014, it obtained VAT general taxpayer status, marking more standardized operation and stronger support for business expansion.In May 2015, the company diversified its business scope from pure sales to manufacturing, consulting and maintenance services.
In November 2016, the company expanded into hotel supplies manufacturing and sales, improving its product range to support one-stop procurement.In 2017, it completed foreign trade and import-export registration at Jinling Customs, launching international business and adding environmental, construction and municipal engineering services.From January to August 2018, it twice expanded its business to include the design and production of refrigeration, fume extraction and waste treatment equipment, as well as daily necessities and kitchen appliances, further enhancing its service capacity.
In August 2019, the company optimized its business scope by adding sales of hardware tools and building decoration materials, improving its industrial chain and enhancing competitiveness.In September 2019, the official ADLEO website was launched, integrating brand display, product promotion and customer service to strengthen online-offline integration.In January 2020, the company obtained an ICP license for online data processing and Internet information services, marking a key step in its digital strategy and laying a solid foundation for scaled online business.
